To use, simply peel the yellow backing from the Cap-Ban-Nu to expose the self-adhesive side. Place it on the inside front of your hat with the adhesive side facing inward. The strong adhesive sticks securely to most hat linings, so be sure to position it carefully. If you need a more significant size reduction, a second Cap-Ban-Nu can be applied at the back of the hat.
